At Lavandae, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions:

  1. Return Period: Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. This is your legal right of withdrawal.

  2. Condition of the Product: The product must be in new condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging. You are allowed to examine the product as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary, a depreciation may be charged.

  3. Exclusions: Personalized items cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  1. Return Request: Customers must submit a return request via email to Lavandaeshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.

  2. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned items, or after proof that the return shipment has been sent. The refund will be made through the original payment method.

  4. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products:
  1. Proof: If you have received a damaged or defective product, please send evidence (photos) to info.lavandae@gmail.com. We will review this and provide further instructions.
Return Address:
